Life's a Trip has educated, enthusiastic and friendly guides who will design a tour for you that is uniquely tailored to cater to your partys' interests. We will help you make your Muskoka, Georgian Bay, or Parry Sound exploration an informative, educational, interactive and joyful experience.

Our guides are thrilled to have learned so much about the settlement and development of the area, as well as the geography, geology, and wildlife of this still pristine, majestic and magical region and we love to pass on what we've learned in accordance with your interests. Our presentations will provide you with added dimensions of understanding which will enhance your appreciation for these remarkable regions.

We create a personalized tour for each group and take our guests to the most picturesque, historical and geographically significant sites based on those interests. Some of the places we can explore are well known, but others are among the area's best kept secrets. We have an ever-growing repertoire of information, history and interesting facts, which we present to you as we travel.

Our guides can tell you about the Huron and the Ojibway, who both played a role in our history. We have interesting stories about the area's first tourists, along with the roll the Canadian Shield played in the region's settlement. We can tell you about the wildlife in the area (yes we have bears, lizards and snakes, bunnies, owls, turtles, and many others critters too). We can take you by some of the historic lodges in the area, both past and present, and will tell you about their history. We can also show you some of the boathouses that Muskoka is known for all over the world and if we're lucky, we might even run into some famous movie stars or hockey players that own some of those fancy properties.

There is so much to see and do in this unique region, and while it is pretty enough to explore on your own, we urge you to maximize the experience by allowing one of our enthusiastic guides design a tour just for you. Give us three, four, five, six or eight hours, and we can teach you more about this area than you could discover on your own over the course of 20 years - I promise!
